Brady Bagwan has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Starting in 1999 as a Business Technology Associate at Pfizer, Brady later served as a Captain Infantry Officer in the United States Army, responsible for leading and managing soldiers and equipment.

After leaving the military in 2006, Brady transitioned to the private sector and held several leadership positions in human resources. Notably, they served as the Director of Global Human Resources at Norgren, leading a team of over 6,500 employees.

Brady also worked at Kiewit, an employee-owned engineering and construction company, where they held roles such as District Human Resources Manager and Director of Human Resources. Brady was responsible for developing and executing people programs that supported business objectives.

In 2011, Brady joined Orica, the world's largest manufacturer of commercial explosives, as a Human Resources Manager for the USA operations. Brady later returned to Kiewit as the Director of Human Resources, leading HR technology research, design, and implementation.

Brady's experience in the human resources field continued as they became the Vice President of Human Resources (CHRO) at J.B. Poindexter & Co, Inc. and Morgan Corporation. In these roles, they developed and executed human resources strategies to support business growth and profitability.

Additionally, Brady co-founded TradesFactor, Inc., a company focused on connecting tradespeople with job opportunities. Brady also serves as the Director of Downingtown West Girls Athletics, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing opportunities for female athletes to compete at higher levels.
