Firuz Nazarov began their work experience as a Jr. Quality Assurance Analyst at First Republic Private Wealth Management in June 2016. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring test coverage for software releases, executing various types of testing, including GUI and regression testing, and providing feedback and suggestions to the project team. Firuz also participated in daily stand-ups to discuss defects and enhancements.
In December 2017, Firuz joined Fidelity Investments as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Here, they proactively worked with the development team and project managers to determine the root cause of software issues. Firuz conducted cross-browsing testing and performed FIX API testing with exchange venues and OTC market testing environments.
Most recently, Firuz worked as a Software Developer Engineer in Test at TradeStation starting in June 2019. Their responsibilities included providing test strategy and estimates, writing and executing test cases, and assisting with test automation. Firuz also performed functional and integration testing for different parts of the Order Management System and executed end-to-end test cases for new single orders. In addition, Firuz conducted GUI and functional testing for the mobile trading application.
Firuz Nazarov pursued their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology degree from Knutsford University College, specializing in the general field of study. Firuz attended the university from 2012 to 2016.\
