Johanna Cedeño Campos has a solid background in technical support and system engineering. Johanna began their career at GDI S.A in 2018, where they provided technical support for antivirus software, troubleshooting endpoint devices, and supporting applications and services. In the same year, they joined GBM as a Technical Support Engineer, where they were responsible for tasks such as server installations and configurations, VMware platform administration, Active Directory administration, and WSUS administration. Recently, Johanna joined TradeStation as a System Engineer, responsible for monitoring system functionality, upgrading server firmware, troubleshooting server problems, and documenting incidents.
