Julio Avila

Julio Avila has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as an IT Specialist at TeleTech. In this role, they were responsible for installing, configuring, administering, and repairing personal computers, hard phones, and laptops. Julio also set up wireless and wired networks and worked with active directory profiles.

In 2012, Julio became a GWFM Specialist I at TeleTech, where they focused on workforce management.

From 2013 to 2014, Julio worked as a Web Developer and Freelancer. Julio designed and coded websites, tested for technical issues, and registered them with search engines.

Julio then joined Cheetah Digital in 2014 as a CCM Senior Associate. In this role, they were involved in site reliability engineering, and they remained with the company until 2021.

Since 2021, Julio has been working at TradeStation as a Site Reliability Engineer. Julio was promoted to the role of Site Reliability Engineer II in 2022.

Julio Avila earned their Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Adventista de Centroamérica. Julio attended the university from 2008 to 2024. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications such as the CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation in December 2022, and the Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2022.
