Luis Infante

Luis Infante has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Luis is currently working at TradeStation as a Senior Software Development Manager, leading a team in the development of trading software for the US and Japan markets. Previously, Luis was the Director of Technical Support and Site Director at Citrix, where they implemented strategies to ensure excellent customer service and reduce attrition. Luis also worked at Fiserv as the Director of Product Development and Support, managing a portfolio of operations and services in the US market. Prior to that, Luis held various managerial and leadership positions at companies such as Coinca Corp., Intertec International, BPO International, E-volution Soft, ArtinSoft, and Sysde. Overall, Luis has demonstrated their expertise in software development, project management, transition management, and technical support throughout their career.

Luis Infante has a strong educational background in the field of Computing and Information Technology Administration. Luis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computing from the Universidad de Costa Rica UCR in the years 1994-1998. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Computing from the same university in the years 2000-2002. Later, Luis went on to complete another Master's degree in Information Technology Administration from the Universidad Nacional during the years 2005-2007.

In addition to their formal education, Luis has also acquired several certifications that enhance their professional qualifications. These certifications include Six Sigma Green Belt from PXS School of Excellence in November 2016, ITIL Intermediate Certificate OSA from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2015, ITIL v3 - Foundation from EXIN in August 2010, and Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in June 2013.
