SHIVAM then worked as a Software Engineer, Software Engineer 2, Associate Software Engineer, and Assistant Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2017 to 2018. In 2022, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer at TradeSun™, Inc.

Shivam Gupta completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology in 2018. In 2017, they obtained a Front End Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp. In 2021, they obtained System Design V2 - End to End certification from Udemy, and Java(Basic), REST Api (Intermediate) and SQL (Basic) certifications from HackerRank. In 2020, they obtained a Problem Solving (Basic) certification from HackerRank.
