Kelly DeFelice

Kelly DeFelice is currently the VP of Finance at Tradeswell. Kelly has over 15 years of experience in finance and sales operations. Kelly started their career as a staff accountant at United Equity and then moved to JJ Haines as a financial analyst. From there, they became the Senior Director of Sales Operations at Millennial Media. In 2015, they joined AOL as the Director of Sales Operations. In this role, they were responsible for sales compensation design, development, and deployment. Kelly also overhauled the commissions process using Xactly to reduce errors and streamline calculation payments for over 600 variable compensation individuals. In 2018, Kelly left AOL to join ICX Media as a finance and sales operations consultant. Kelly then joined Tastemade in April 2018 as the Sales Operations Director. Kelly has been with Tradeswell since January 2021.

Kelly DeFelice has a MBA in Finance from Mount St. Mary's University and a BS in International Business from the same school.

Kelly DeFelice reports to Paul Palmieri, CEO. Kelly DeFelice works with Haley Ulloa - President, Dave Dempsey - Director of Data and Machine Learning Engineering, and Gearoid O'Brien - Chief Data Science Officer.
