Ron Puggi

Ron Puggi has over 15 years of experience in sales and customer success roles. Ron started their career in 2002 as a Professional Football Player for the Los Angeles Avengers. In 2004, they became a District Sales Manager for Advantage Sales & Marketing. Ron then joined PepsiCo in 2006 as an Account Executive and held the same role for two years. In 2009, they joined McCormick & Company as a Customer Business Manager and District Sales Manager. Ron was responsible for achieving volume objectives, budgets, planning and execution of retail controllables for grocery, eCommerce, drug, c-store and club accounts. Ron also built the company's cross-functional eCommerce business from the ground up, achieving a triple digit CAGR since 2012. In 2016, they joined Flywheel Digital as a Director of Client Services and Senior Business Manager. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Co-Founder of Tradeswell, a SignalFire portfolio company, where they are responsible for building and leading the customer success team.

Ron Puggi obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Criminal Justice from Marshall University between 1995 and 2000. Ron then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.S.) from Marshall University between 2000 and 2003.
