Ayon Ghosh

Ayon Ghosh has extensive experience in software development and project management. Ayon started their career at Eastman Kodak in 1994 as a Programmer and worked there until 2000. Ayon then joined Goldman Sachs as a Senior Programmer, where they worked until 2003. In 2004, Ayon joined Thomson Financial as a Senior Programmer for a short period before moving to TradeWeb, where they held the role of Director of Software Development - Global Team Lead. At TradeWeb, Ayon was responsible for project management and team leadership, with expertise in multithreaded C++ on Windows10 and full lifecycle development. Ayon also had knowledge of Java/Swing and Javascript. Ayon had experience in equity derivatives, fixed income products, European financial products, and development of various financial instruments.

Ayon Ghosh completed their high school education at LaMartiniere for Boys from 1972 to 1986. Ayon then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1990 to 1993. Later, from 1996 to 1999, they attended the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, where they earned their MBA with a specialization in Finance & International Management.
