Jay Spencer

Jay Spencer has over two decades of experience in technology leadership within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Tradeweb since February 2008, Jay previously held the position of Chief Information Officer at ICAP from May 2003 to August 2007 and at BrokerTec from July 1999 to May 2003. Jay Spencer holds an MBA in Finance from Wake Forest University School of Business, obtained between 1973 and 1975, and a degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned from 1969 to 1973.
