Joseph Iodice

Joseph Iodice has extensive work experience in the field of end user support and technology. Joseph currently serves as the Global Head of End User Support at Tradeweb since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Citadel as the End User Support Manager from March 2016 to June 2021. Joseph also held multiple roles at Goldman Sachs, including Vice President in the Executive Office Technology Group from January 2010 to March 2016, and System Administrator from August 2000 to January 2010. Joseph's career began at Diversified Investment Advisors as a Help Desk employee from June 1999 to May 2000.

Joseph Iodice holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Iona University, which they obtained from 1990 to 1993. Joseph also has an Associate of Science degree in Marketing from SUNY Westchester Community College, earned between 1988 and 1991. In addition to their formal education, Joseph has obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft, although the exact month of completion for this certification is not specified.
