Karina Gidwani

Karina Gidwani is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across various prestigious firms. Currently serving as Managing Director of FP&A at Tradeweb since June 2025, Gidwani previously held senior roles, including Head of FP&A at First Eagle Investments and Head of G&A FP&A at Bridgewater Associates. Additional experience includes Vice President of FP&A at SoftBank Investment Advisers and senior managerial positions at View | Dynamic Glass and Och-Ziff Capital Management. Gidwani began the career as a Manager in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Angelo, Gordon & Co., following roles such as Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank and Senior Consultant at Deloitte. Gidwani holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, with a minor in Math and Computer Science from Bucknell University.
