Michael Gibbons

Michael Gibbons has extensive experience in technology recruitment, currently serving as the Director and Global Head of Technology Recruitment at Tradeweb since January 2019, after holding the position of Vice President in the same department. Prior to Tradeweb, Michael worked as a Recruitment Consultant at FDM Group and as a Technical Recruiter at JK Partners, an IT staffing firm focused on understanding client needs. Michael began a career in the finance sector at Global Arena Capital Corp. in wealth management before transitioning to recruitment. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Mount Saint Vincent.
