Shruti Sreekumar, CPA, CISA, CA, is currently the Head of Professional Practices for SOX and SOC Programs at Tradeweb since December 2025 and serves as a Board Member for EarthEcho International. Previously, Shruti held the position of Director of Enterprise Risk and Controls at PwC from October 2011 to December 2025, where expertise was developed in IPO readiness, M&A, material weakness trends, and cyber disclosures for Fortune 500 firms and private equity. In earlier roles at PwC, including Manager and Senior Associate in Risk Assurance, Shruti led various internal and external audit projects across diverse sectors. Prior experience also includes serving as Audit Supervisor at B K Khare & Co, focusing on financial due diligence and operational risk assessments. Shruti holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Savitribai Phule Pune University and further education from Louisiana State University.
