Rafi Shirinyan

Rafi Shirinyan currently serves as the General Manager for Tradewind's office in Bulgaria since January 2018, specializing in providing tailored working capital solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises in international trade finance. Prior to this role, Rafi accumulated extensive experience at United Bulgarian Bank from July 2010 to December 2017, advancing through positions such as Regional Credit Manager Europe, Financial Analyst, and Credit Risk Analyst, where responsibilities included making credit decisions and analyzing clients' repayment potentials. Rafi's earlier experience includes working as a Mortgage Underwriter at Provident Funding Associates L.P., focusing on US mortgage loans. Rafi holds a Master’s Degree in International Business and Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economic Relations from the Academy of Economics, Svishtov, Bulgaria, complemented by a high school education in English from English Language High School in Ruse, Bulgaria.
