Alex Yuska is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Sous Chef at OCC Road House & Museum since May 2021. Prior to this role, Alex held the position of Chef De Cuisine at TradeWinds Island Resorts, starting in November 2015. Alex also gained valuable experience as Kitchen Manager at Outback Steakhouse from August 2006 to November 2015, demonstrating a strong background in kitchen leadership and culinary expertise over the years.
