Don Wooldridge has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Don started their career in 1984 as an Employee Relations Manager at The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. Don then worked as a Director of Human Resources at Westin Resort Hilton Head Island and Westin La Paloma Resort and Country Club. In 1996, they became the Corporate Director of Training at South Seas Resorts Company. In 1998, they joined Meristar Hotels and Resorts as the Resorts Division Director of Training. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Human Resources at Tradewinds Island Grand Resorts.
Don Wooldridge attended Virginia Tech from 1975 to 1979, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
