Nancy Cruz has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at TradeWinds Island Resorts since May 2023. Prior to this role, Nancy held various positions at UPC Insurance from 2015 to the present, including Employee Success Business Partner and Claims Operations Manager.
