Nancy Cruz has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at TradeWinds Island Resorts since May 2023. Prior to this role, Nancy held various positions at UPC Insurance from 2015 to the present, including Employee Success Business Partner and Claims Operations Manager. Additional experience includes serving as Operations Coordinator at Feather Sound Country Club from March 2014 to April 2015 and as an HR Recruiter and Human Resources Professional at Community Health Solutions of America from March 2011 to March 2014.
