Andrew Koslow

Andrew Koslow serves as General Counsel at TradeZero, where responsibilities include advising on SPAC mergers, cryptocurrency platforms, and regulatory issues. Previously, Koslow held notable positions at Clear Street as General Counsel/Strategic Adviser and at Goldman Sachs as EVP Strategic Transactions/General Counsel for Folio. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Lime/Wedbush, Cantor Fitzgerald, Penson Worldwide, and The D.E. Shaw Group, covering areas such as capital markets, merger and acquisition projects, and business development in financial technology. Koslow holds a JD from New York University School of Law, an MA/BA from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and a CEP from Sciences Po.
