Diego Baldusco is an experienced risk management professional with a robust background in financial and operational risk across various prestigious institutions. Currently serving as the Head of Risk at Tradias since November 2024, Baldusco previously held senior risk management roles at Crypto Finance Group and Jefferies, where significant contributions included establishing risk functions, launching risk frameworks, and coordinating extensive audits. Prior positions at CMC Markets Deutschland, Eurex Clearing, and ProCredit Holding involved leading risk assessments, implementing governance models, and providing mentorship. Baldusco holds a Master of Science from the University of Konstanz and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
