Melissa Long

Melissa Long is a seasoned information technology professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Architect at Trading Technologies since May 2006, Melissa has also held positions as Information Technology Service Desk Manager and Systems Administration Team Lead within the same company. Prior to this, Melissa spent six years at JP Morgan Chase assisting employees with family medical leave requests. Melissa's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included working as a communication center operator and progressing to a small systems repair specialist. Melissa is an alumnus of the University of Phoenix.
