Mike Ryan

Mike Ryan has critical expertise in intellectual property, software agreements and contracts while understanding the needs of the business.

As Chief Legal Officer, Mike is responsible for all legal matters affecting the corporation, including licensing, service and hosting agreements, consulting agreements, employment, property leasing and vendor contracts. In addition to his legal responsibilities, Mike manages TT’s Administration, Human Resources and Facilities departments.

Before joining TT, Mike was an attorney at Oppenheimer, Wolff and Donnelly, where he was a member of the insurance and general litigation departments.

Mike is a graduate of Kalamazoo College and DePaul University College of Law.
