Vincent Tang

Vincent Tang has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Regional Head of Service Management for the Americas at Trading Technologies since March 2014. Vincent has held various roles at Trading Technologies, including Senior Customer Success Manager, Service Manager, and Sales Manager, demonstrating expertise in customer satisfaction and service management. Prior to this, Vincent worked at Newedge from July 2006 to March 2014 in Electronic Solutions Client Services for Asia Pacific and as an eSolutions Support Analyst. Vincent's career commenced at HSBC as a Customer Service Representative from April 2005 to July 2006. Vincent earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a focus on City Planning from the University of Toronto between 2001 and 2005.
