Business Unit

Our business unit (BU) team includes individuals with a variety of skills and expertise, such as product owners, product managers, business developers, quality assurance engineers, and sales professionals. Their primary goal is to increase the company's revenue and profitability by developing and executing strategies that meet the needs of their clients and target markets while maintaining strong relationships with their clients and stakeholders. The BU team typically works closely with other teams within the company, such as development, design, and finance. They are responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of the projects, from ideation to launch, and beyond. Additionally, they act as the client's representative within the company.
