Metria Allen has extensive work experience in accounting and finance. Metria began their career as a Senior Property Accountant I at Stream Realty Management in 2015. Metria then worked as a Portfolio Accountant at Westdale Asset Management from 2008 to 2016, where they maintained a portfolio of 42 properties and ensured accurate financial statements. After that, they joined Associa Inc. as a Branch Controller from 2016 to 2019, where they prepared and presented financial statements and supervised monthly balances. From 2019 to 2021, Metria served as a Financial Controller at Posh Couture Rentals LLC, where they prepared monthly reports and managed cash flow. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Controller at Tradition Senior Living, LP and is responsible for managing accounting functions and ensuring compliance with GAAP.
Metria Allen attended the University of Portland from 1993 to 1997, where they studied Finance. Between the years 2012 and 2014, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at Western Governors University.

In Houston, The Tradition has added two Communities - The Tradition-Buffalo Speedway and The Tradition-Woodway, both with Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care.
