Margaret Martin

Margaret Martin, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Traditions Management LLC, a position held since December 2016. Prior to this role, Margaret gained extensive experience at Beazer Homes from June 1999 to December 2016, where responsibilities included positions as Recruiting Manager, Staff Accountant, and Sr Payroll Administrator for the MidWest/MidAtlantic Regions. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from the Indiana Institute of Technology (2000-2002) and a BS in Marketing from Ball State University - Miller College of Business (1985-1989).
