Rachael Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various companies. Rachael began their career at Visionworks as a Public Relations/Marketing Assistant, where they were responsible for writing radio copy and press releases, organizing promotion packages, and managing budgets. Rachael then moved to World Publications as a Creative Services Assistant Manager before joining Kao Corporation. At Kao Corporation, they held several roles including Print Production Coordinator, Print Production Assistant Manager, Studio Production Manager, and Customer Business Manager. In these roles, they managed creative teams, budgets, and timelines for in-store display and promotional development. Rachael also had experience in packaging mechanical development and working with production houses. Rachael then briefly worked as an Executive Director at Traditions of Deerfield before joining Traditions Management LLC as the Chief Administrative Officer. In this role, they oversee administrative operations and works with top-level executives to devise strategies and ensure the smooth running of the business.
Rachael Smith attended Florida Southern College from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Communication/Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations.
