Vince McGowen

Vince McGowen has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades in the healthcare industry. Vince most recently worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Traditions Management LLC since January 2023. Prior to that, Vince was a Principal at Health Management Associates from August 2022 to January 2023. From February 2021 to August 2022, they served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Villa Healthcare. Before that, Vince held the position of SVP - Midwest at Greystone Health Network from January 2020 to February 2021. Vince also held various roles at Aperion Care, including Senior Vice President Operations from November 2018 to January 2020 and Director of Government Relations from February 2018 to January 2020. Additionally, they served as the CEO of Magnolia Health Systems in 2017, Vice President Operations Finance at Avalon Health Care Group from September 2016 to July 2017, and Vice President of Government Relations at American Senior Communities from February 2014 to August 2016. Vince started their career at Magnolia Health Systems as the Regional Director of Operations and Director of Business Development from July 2004 to February 2014. Prior to that, they were the Regional Director of Finance at Beverly Enterprises from October 2000 to March 2003.

Vince McGowen earned a Bachelor's degree in Humanities from Indiana University Kokomo, completing their studies between 1989 and 1993.
