Caitlin Redmond

Caitlin Redmond has a diverse work experience. Caitlin started their career in 2012 as a Dietary Aide at Sugar Creek Alzheimer's Care Center, where they maintained sanitation in the kitchen, served meals to residents, and participated in activities. In the same year, they joined Community Care Systems, Inc. as a Case Manager, conducting assessments and connecting seniors to in-home services. Caitlin worked in this role until 2016 and also gained flexibility and cross-training in various office positions. Caitlin then worked at OSF Home Care from 2016 to 2023, initially as a Lead Non-Clinical Liaison and later as a Hospice Liaison. Caitlin'sresponsibilities included community outreach and coordination. In 2020, they briefly worked as a Quality and Safety Coordinator at OSF Heart of Mary. Lastly, Caitlin is currently employed as an Account Executive at Traditions Health, starting in 2023.

Caitlin Redmond attended Oak Park River Forest High School from 2004 to 2008. In 2009, they pursued higher education by enrolling at Lincoln College, where they obtained an Associate's degree. Caitlin later attended Illinois State University from 2010 to 2013, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Work. Outside of their formal education, Caitlin also obtained a certification in Comprehensive Care Coordination from the Illinois Department on Aging, although the specific month and year of its completion are not provided.
