Ebony R. has an extensive work experience history in various roles within the social work and healthcare field. Their most recent position was as a Medical Social Worker at Traditions Health, starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Medical Social Worker/Volunteer Coordinator at Three Oaks Hospice from September 2022 to May 2023.

Ebony then pursued further education at Campbellsville University, where they completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree up until 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Ebony R. obtained several certifications. In June 2018, they earned the Victim Service Provider- Basic VSP certification from the Office of Victim Services Education & Certification. In June 2020, they obtained the Certified Trauma Professional certification from PESI. Most recently, in December 2020, they became a Licensed Master Social Worker through the ASWB (Association of Social Work Boards).
