Jennifer Hooker

Jennifer Hooker has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Jennifer currently holds the position of Head of Learning and Development at Traditions Health since November 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the Managing Director at Homepoint from October 2020 to July 2021. From February 2016 to October 2020, Jennifer worked as AVP Talent Development at Caliber Home Loans, where they were responsible for managing and delivering learning initiatives across multiple areas. Before that, they held various positions at Bank of America, including Vice President, Business Initiatives & Integration from January 2011 to February 2016, and Vice President, Leadership Development GHR from September 2008 to January 2011. Jennifer's early career at Bank of America (Countrywide) involved their serving as Vice President, Learning & Leadership Development, where they built and led a training and development team for eight years.

Jennifer Hooker obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Management from California State University, Northridge, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their degree, they have earned several certifications throughout their career. In 2002, they completed a certification in Instructional Design from Langevin Learning Services. In 2004, they became certified as a Leadership Development professional through DDI | Development Dimensions International. The same year, they also completed a program on Transitioning from Training to Consulting, offered by Langevin Learning Services. In 2006, Jennifer earned a designation in Problem Solving & Decision Making from Action Association Management, Inc. In 2008, they received the Certified Performance Technologist certification from ISPI and completed a training program in Managing Successful Projects offered by InfoWorks® International. In 2012, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Bank of America. Most recently, in November 2019, Jennifer became certified to administer, develop, and coach executives leveraging Hogan Assessment Systems.
