Marty Tanner CPTM has over 25 years of experience in sales training and management within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Sales Training at Traditions Health since November 2021, Marty previously held the position of Director of Sales Training at HCR-ManorCare, where a successful sales training team was directed to achieve strategic and financial objectives. Additional roles include Sr. National Sales Trainer at Aegis Therapies and Senior Sales Manager at Paragon Rehab. Marty started a career in sales with Sandoz as a Sales Representative and progressed through various management positions, showcasing a strong record of demonstrating return on investment for strategic training initiatives. Marty earned a BA in Psychology from The University of Texas at El Paso.
