Terry Penna is an experienced Property Manager and REALTOR with a career spanning over two decades in real estate. Currently at Traditions Realty, LLC since August 2015, Terry manages residential properties for out-of-state owners, handling listings, sales, and overseeing home repairs. Prior experience includes serving as a REALTOR and Property Manager at Signature Realty & Management from July 2010 to August 2015, and as a REALTOR at Vanguard Realty from 2000 to 2004. Terry's background also includes entrepreneurship as the owner of Village Square Florist from 1981 to 1984.
