Kirsten Tuohy

Kirsten Tuohy is a seasoned professional in customer engagement and marketing with extensive experience in the gaming and entertainment industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Customer Engagement at Tradu since February 2024, Kirsten previously held the position of Head of CRM at LiveScore Group from December 2018 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading retention and lifecycle marketing for a global customer base of 50 million. Kirsten has a proven track record of building teams, having expanded the CRM department from 2 to 40 specialists at LiveScore, and played a pivotal role in launching Virgin Bet in the UK market as Senior CRM Manager. With earlier positions including Head of Marketing and Head of CRM & Loyalty at Betfair, and International Project Manager at Full Tilt, Kirsten has consistently demonstrated expertise in campaign management, budget oversight, and cross-departmental collaboration.
