Diego Achio R. founded Traduality Costa Rica, a localization company, where they successfully developed a business strategy and achieved annual growth of approximately 10-15%. L. Diego effectively utilized resources to generate corporate growth and established an efficient service flow, resulting in an 80% client retention rate. In 2013, they expanded their operations by establishing Traduality Language Solutions, Inc. in Mexico. This venture allowed him to position their company in a new international market and generate 1-2 jobs each year, while maintaining excellent financial management. In 2018, L. Diego Achio R. successfully expanded their corporate presence to the United States, implemented industry-leading technologies, and achieved a 20% increase in productivity. L. Diego'scompany now serves over 100 clients, with an average of 10 new recurring clients per year. L. Diego Achio R. has a diverse education history. L. Diego started by pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Language Sciences Focused on Translation and Interpretation from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, which they completed from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, in 2011, they obtained a Diploma in French Language from Universidad Nacional.
