L. Diego Achio R. has a diverse work experience, primarily as a business owner in the localization industry. In 2008, they worked as a professional translator at ACROtranslations, their first attempt at running their own business. Although it did not succeed, they gained valuable experience and retained some clients for freelance translation. In 2009, they launched their second business, Cerealized Project, a restaurant focused on cereal products, but unfortunately, it also failed. Despite the setbacks, they learned important lessons about managing businesses, food products, accounting, marketing, perseverance, and patience. In the same year, L. Diego Achio R. founded Traduality Costa Rica, a localization company, where they successfully developed a business strategy and achieved annual growth of approximately 10-15%. L. Diego effectively utilized resources to generate corporate growth and established an efficient service flow, resulting in an 80% client retention rate. In 2013, they expanded their operations by establishing Traduality Language Solutions, Inc. in Mexico. This venture allowed him to position their company in a new international market and generate 1-2 jobs each year, while maintaining excellent financial management. In 2018, L. Diego Achio R. successfully expanded their corporate presence to the United States, implemented industry-leading technologies, and achieved a 20% increase in productivity. L. Diego'scompany now serves over 100 clients, with an average of 10 new recurring clients per year. Additionally, their commitment to social responsibility is evident, as demonstrated by a 95% employee retention rate.

L. Diego Achio R. has a diverse education history. L. Diego started by pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Language Sciences Focused on Translation and Interpretation from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, which they completed from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, in 2011, they obtained a Diploma in French Language from Universidad Nacional.

In terms of professional development, Diego has participated in several accelerator programs. In 2020 and 2021, they completed the Pre-seed Accelerator Program at Newchip Accelerator, where they focused on subjects like business, management, marketing, and fundraising. In 2022, they attended the gBETA Bloomington-Columbus program at gener8tor, which covered topics such as product-market fit, legal basics, pitch deck design, executive summary design, and roadmap planning. L. Diego also joined the Seed Accelerator Program at Elevate Ventures Origins in 2022, where they studied fundraising, pitch deck, and executive summary design. Furthermore, they participated in the Business Accelerator Program at Dimension Mill in the same year.

Diego has obtained certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2021, they completed the Newchip Pre-Seed Accelerator Program. L. Diego also holds a certificate in Corporate & Commercial Law I: Contracts & Employment Law from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (obtained in 2020), as well as a certificate in Corporate & Commercial Law II: Business Forms, Financing & Governmental Regulation from the same institution (obtained in 2019). Additionally, they hold a Certificate of Membership from the International Association of Translators and Interpreters (obtained in 2017), and they are a ProZ.com Certified PRO Translator since 2012.

Furthermore, Diego has achieved personal accomplishments, such as obtaining a Shotokan Karate-do Black Belt at the Sho-dan level from the Shotokan Karate-do International Federation in 2002. L. Diego is also a Developing Country Member of the International Game Developers Association (IGDA®) since 2017 and a Corporate ATA Member of the American Translators Association since 2017.
