Marcelo Ochoa

Marcelo Ochoa is a seasoned DevOps Engineer at Andromeda Latam since April 2021 and holds an ambassador role at Traefik Labs concurrently. With a long-standing academic presence as the System Lab's Manager at Facultad de Ciencias Exactas, UNICEN since January 1994, Marcelo also serves as CTO at Scotas, leveraging expertise in Oracle and Open Source integration. Additional roles include a Docker Mentor and community speaker, alongside foundational contributions as a member of the AROUG Oracle User Group. Marcelo has been recognized as an Oracle ACE member, sharing knowledge through various speaking engagements at Oracle OpenWorld and contributing to open-source projects, notably as the author of DBPrism. Previous experience encompasses database administration roles and technical reviewing for Packt Publishing, with educational pursuits in Computer Science and System Engineering at Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.
