Bret Hubber currently serves as the Lead Sustaining Engineer at Traeger, Inc. since November 2023. Previously held the position of Application Engineer at Nexus Power from June 2020 to May 2023, developing custom power systems for industrial clients while representing ABB, Hitachi, and TMEIC. Earlier experience includes working as Production Manager at WAVE, overseeing production and testing of wireless charging pads for industrial vehicles, and as Director of Engineering & Quality at Feniex Industries, leading a team in the development of lighting and controller systems for off-road and emergency vehicles. Bret's career also includes a role as Reliability Engineer at Austin Reliability Labs and as Mechanical Engineer and Intern at Cushing Terrell, specializing in fire suppression systems and electromechanical product testing. Bret holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman, completed in 2011.
