Emily Hoffmann

Emily Hoffmann serves as the Director of Digital, Product & Design at Traeger, Inc., where responsibilities include leading the product roadmap for the Traeger App and overseeing a multidisciplinary design team across various digital platforms. Prior experience at Stryker involved roles such as Director of Digital Design & UX and Sr. Analyst, Strategic Development, focusing on strategic product portfolio development and employing human-centered design frameworks. Emily's earlier career includes industrial design at Tekna, Inc., and a design fellowship at the Mayo Clinic, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design and Pre-Health from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s in Product Design and Development Management from Northwestern University.
