Madeleine Pavillard

Madeleine Pavillard is a professional with extensive experience in program management and training. Currently serving as the Brand Ambassador Program Manager and previously as the Brand Ambassador Training Coordinator at Traeger Pellet Grills, LLC since May 2018, Madeleine has a strong background in staff development. Prior roles include Head Snowboard Trainer at Brighton Resort from November 2016 to February 2020, where responsibilities included hiring and training snowboard instructors, and General Manager at The Little Gym of Cottonwood Heights from May 2014 to November 2016, overseeing staff training and facility management. Madeleine holds a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from the University of Utah, earned from 2008 to 2013.
