Mike McCormack

Mike McCormack is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in quality and operations engineering within the consumer electronics industry. Currently serving as Director of Quality Engineering at Traeger, Inc. since March 2024, Mike previously held the position of Director of Operations Engineering and Quality at Sonos, Inc. from June 2016 to November 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing various engineering and quality teams to ensure manufacturing excellence and product reliability. Earlier at Bose Corporation, Mike directed manufacturing development engineering efforts, focusing on design for manufacturing and assembly, along with material testing and analysis. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, completed in 1987.
