Becky Startup-Waters

Becky Startup-Waters is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the theatre industry. Currently serving as Senior Campaign Manager at Trafalgar Entertainment since May 2023, Becky oversees a team responsible for marketing campaigns for four regional theatres. Prior to this role, Becky held positions at The Marlowe Theatre as Senior Marketing Services Manager, where responsibilities included managing offline marketing activities and vendor relationships, and as Marketing Officer, creating comprehensive marketing plans. Previous experience also includes Marketing Officer and Deputy Box Office Manager at Ambassador Theatre Group, along with administrative roles in other sectors. Becky holds a Bachelor's Degree in Performance Studies from Solent University and A-Level qualifications in Drama and Theatre Arts.
