Robert Herrmann has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years in the advertising and digital marketing industry. Robert started their career as an Online Media Planner at Plan.Net Group in 2000 and then moved on to become a Senior Media Planner at Mediaplus within the Serviceplan Gruppe für innovative Kommunikation GmbH & Co. KG.

In 2006, Herrmann joined MediaRelations Internationale Media Consulting GmbH as the Head of Digital Strategy & Planning. Robert then transitioned to Yahoo, where they held various leadership roles, including Director Strategic Solutions, Director Sales Strategy & B2B Marketing, and Head of Commercial Development & Category Development for Germany. During their time at Yahoo, Herrmann successfully won the Mercedes-Benz Football-Campaign pitches three times consecutively.

In 2013, Herrmann co-founded 52masterworks and served as the CEO until 2018. Robert then joined Score Media Group GmbH & Co. KG as the Director of Business Development + Partnerships, where they managed a high-performing team and was responsible for sales strategy, product management, and development.

Herrmann's advisory role at CMCX - Content Marketing Conference & Exposition as an Advisor Brand Partnerships in 2019 further showcased their expertise in the industry.

In 2019, Herrmann joined Traffective GmbH as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and later took on the same role at FLAP.ONE in 2020. These positions allowed him to optimize digital advertising revenues and provide programmatic advertising solutions for publishers.

Throughout their career, Herrmann has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in sales strategy, product development, and management, and successfully built and mentored teams.

Robert Herrmann completed their Bachelor's degree in International Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Medien-Marketing Fachwirt (BAW) from Bayerische Akademie für Werbung und Marketing e.V. in 2002, where they gained knowledge in the field of Communication, Marketing, Advertising, and Media.
