Traffic Plan
Anthony Carvagno is an experienced professional in traffic management and scheduling, currently serving as a Crew Scheduler at Traffic Plan since October 2018, where coordination of traffic control crews for South Jersey is a primary responsibility. Previously, Anthony held several key positions at the Port Authority of NY & NJ, including Holland Tunnel General Manager from June 1981 to May 2017, overseeing all aspects of operations, maintenance, and security for the facility, as well as managing a diverse workforce and engagement with community groups. Additionally, Anthony worked at the New Jersey Turnpike Authority in the Traffic Management Center from June 2016 to October 2018. Anthony earned a Master's degree in Public Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, completing the program in 2012.
