Jan Humphreys started working at Fastenal in October 2003 as a manager and remained in that position until October 2016. In 2016, Jan joined Kiely Equipment Co. LLC as a Territory Manager, holding the role until April 2018. In April 2018, Jan transitioned to become the Regional Director of Sales at Traffic Plan.
