Caroline Knightley

Caroline Knightley is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Director of Global HR at TRAFFIC since February 2023. Prior to this role, Caroline held the position of Head of Global HR at TRAFFIC International from May 2011 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing the complete employee life-cycle for two global conservation organizations with a presence in the UK, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Caroline also served as HR Manager at Cambridge Enterprise Limited from December 2002 to May 2014, where significant HR and Office Management responsibilities were taken on starting in 2005, eventually focusing solely on HR delivery. Caroline holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Anglia Ruskin University, completed in 2011, following an earlier degree at the same institution from 2008 to 2010.
