Fernando Soriano has extensive experience in Human Resources, with positions at Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach and Traffic Management, Inc. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Traffic Management, Inc, Fernando also held roles as Senior Vice President Operations and Vice President of Human Resources. With a degree in Geophysics from UC San Diego, Fernando oversees all aspects of HR for the company.
