Kasia Krzyzanowska

Kasia Krzyzanowska serves as the U.S. Market Brand Evangelist at TRAFFIT since July 2023, focusing on providing affordable recruitment technology to U.S. recruiters. Previously, Kasia held the position of Community Marketing Manager, enhancing the network and awareness of TRAFFIT's services for HR and recruitment professionals. Since November 2021, Kasia has also been the creator of CandidAcademy, facilitating training and networking in IT recruitment. Prior experience includes roles as IT Recruitment Team Leader and Learning & Development Consultant at CandidFuture, as well as Talent Acquisition Specialist and Tutor of Student Apprenticeships at Uniwersytet Gdański. Kasia's educational background includes ongoing postgraduate study in Earth and related environmental sciences at the University of Gdansk, complemented by degrees in Geography and GIS Analytics.
