Naseem S. has a wide range of experience in finance and accounting roles. They started their career in 1998 at Citi, working in operations. They then moved on to Regal Greetings and gifts where they worked as an Accounting Analyst. In 2003, they joined TheMIGroup as a Financial Analyst and later took on the roles of Financial Reporting and Planning Manager and Assistant Controller. In 2019, Naseem joined TRAFFIX as a Finance Manager and was later promoted to Director of Finance, before becoming the Senior Director of Finance in 2023. Throughout their career, Naseem has excelled in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, and has experience in using various business intelligence tools. They have also demonstrated strong leadership skills and have contributed to the improvement of financial processes and controls in their roles.

Naseem S. completed their Certified General Accountants (CGA) certification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) in 2011. Prior to that, they attended Humber College from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Accounting and Information Technology.
