Tony Prudenciano

Tony Prudenciano is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in operations and support management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Analyst at Traffix since April 2012, Tony has previously held roles including Logistics Coordinator and Operations Supervisor. Prior to Traffix, Tony managed the Technical Support Services department at Alarmforce, overseeing support for customers in Canada and the United States. Significant experience at Rogers Communications Inc. involved managing IT field technicians in western Ontario, while earlier positions at VMC included managing support teams for Microsoft enterprise applications and providing technical guidance for Microsoft Exchange Server. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto.
