Jemma Lees

Jemma Lees is an experienced professional in the education and employability sector, currently serving as the Employability and Skills Manager at Trafford College Group since September 2018, and as the Retail Coordinator and Skills Shop Manager at Trafford College since February 2013. Jemma oversees Retail and Customer Care programmes, ensuring high-quality training delivery and performance management of staff, while also handling Internal Verification and acting as a liaison with awarding bodies. Prior to this, Jemma strengthened business relations as a Skills Shop Supervisor and held the position of Manager and Company Director at Pierre Alexandre from September 2001 to December 2012, focusing on maintaining 5-star customer service and increasing company profits.
